Why is Play & Pay unavailable for me?

If your daily spending limit is set to $0, you will not be able to access Play & Pay. The daily limit can be adjusted here.
Other issues that may deactivate this feature are: attaching an unsupported card type to your billing account, or if we were unable to process a recent Play & Pay purchase. If you're unable to access Play & Pay, please contact customer service for more information.
If you would like to send us your payment by mail, we accept money orders, cashier's checks, and personal checks. For safety and tracking purposes, we are unable to accept cash.
